Terms of use

These terms cover your use of cherokeeequipmentrental.com, which is run by Cherokee Equipment Rental, LLC ("we" or "us"). By using the site or booking a rental, you agree to them.

Your rental agreement controls

Every rental is governed by the Master Equipment Rental Agreement you sign electronically before delivery. That agreement covers rates, deposits, the damage waiver, damage and loss, safe use, delivery, GPS tracking, insurance, liability and disputes. These website terms do not change it. If anything on this site differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls.

Prices, quotes and availability

Prices, quotes and availability on this site are estimates until we confirm your reservation. We may correct errors, and we may decline or cancel a reservation, for example if a machine is unavailable or a delivery site is unsafe. If we cancel a confirmed reservation, we refund what you paid for it.

Booking

To book, you must give accurate information, upload a valid driver's license and sign the rental agreement. You authorize us to charge your card, through our payment processor, for the amounts the rental agreement allows, including rental charges, delivery, taxes and the security deposit hold. We do not store your full card number.

Using this site

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to interfere with it, or book in someone else's name. The site and its content, including our name and logos, belong to us. We provide the website itself as is and may change it at any time. This paragraph is about the website only and does not limit any duty we owe you under your rental agreement or Georgia law.

Texts and privacy

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your reservation. Reply STOP to opt out. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Georgia law. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of Cherokee County, Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
